LIFE Therapy Clinic, in partnership with FRSL (Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences in Leogane), hosted a training for our Elderly Program attendees. They discussed Osteoarthritis, prevention, treatments, and how specific movements/exercises and therapy can benefit individuals.
They also discussed infections you can get when food isn’t properly washed and how these types of infections can cause major health issues, especially in the elderly population.
Preventative health seminars are something we are looking to expand in the near future and have LIFE Clinic and LIFE Therapy share these important trainings and open it up to the whole community.
