We Planned a Campaign. God Had Another Plan.

As a ministry, we have grown used to watching God show up in ways that surprise us. But every now and then, something happens that stops us in our tracks, a moment we know we’ll be talking about for a long time. This is one of those moments.
Over the past few weeks, our team has been preparing for a Giving Tuesday campaign to meet a critical and urgent need in Haiti.
Several of the children and young adults in our programs rely on daily PediaSure to maintain their health and nutritional stability. For some of our most medically fragile students, consistent access to this nutrition is the difference between gaining strength and slipping backward.
As we assessed our supply and looked at the months ahead, it became clear: we needed help, and we needed it quickly. So our team began structuring a Giving Tuesday campaign that would invite our supporters to step in to meet this immediate need.
But God had already started moving.
Before a single graphic was created, before an email draft was finished, before we publicly shared the need, someone who heard about the situation reached out privately. They had learned that our PediaSure supply was running dangerously low and that it was becoming increasingly difficult to secure in-country. Without hesitation, they offered to cover the full cost of sending all the PediaSure we needed to Haiti.
And then they did more.
They also covered the cost of sending diapers, another item families in our community depend for children with disabilities, young adults in therapy programs, and caregivers who count on our support each week.
Just like that, the entire need, one we expected to raise funds for through a Giving Tuesday campaign, was met.
This provision directly impacts:
Children with severe malnutrition histories who require steady, high-calorie intake
Young adults with disabilities whose daily care plans depend on nutritional supplements
Students whose medical fragility makes consistent nourishment essential for survival
Families in our community who receive diapers and support through our therapy clinic
This wasn’t just unexpected generosity. It was miraculous. It was timely. And it was exactly what we needed.
So this year, you won’t see a Giving Tuesday campaign from myLIFEspeaks. Instead, we are choosing to pause, breathe, and express our gratitude—for God’s provision, and for the people He uses to provide it.

We want our supporters to know something important, though: even though this specific need has been met, our broader mission in Haiti continues every single day. Ministry doesn’t slow down. Therapy sessions continue. Students attend school. Families rely on our programs. Meals are served. Medical and spiritual needs are met.
And as we enter the final weeks of the year, our 2025 Year-End Campaign is underway. The generosity of our community is what allows us to continue empowering families, educating students, supporting individuals with disabilities, and sharing the Gospel in everything we do.
This story is a reminder of who God is. He is faithful, generous, and always working ahead of us. It’s a moment we want to celebrate, and a reminder that every gift, every prayer, and every act of support plays a part in sustaining this ministry.
God provided before we even asked. And we remain grateful, expectant, and committed to the work He’s entrusted to us in Haiti.

This article really touched me because it shows how life doesn’t always go the way we plan but sometimes leads us to exactly where we need to be. It feels honest and real rather than just motivational fluff, and I appreciate how it reflects both the struggles and the unexpected blessings that come with change. Reading this made me think about my own plans and how sometimes the detours end up being important parts of our story. For students or anyone using online assignment help, this kind of real-life experience can be inspiring when writing about goals, resilience, and personal growth. This topic really hits home sometimes we plan everything perfectly, and life still takes a completely different turn. It’s a powerful reminder to stay humble and flexible. Also loved the storytelling tone, felt very real. Even while reading, I imagined someone walking through chaos in a mens black shearling coat, steady, calm, and grounded in faith.
