An update from myLIFEspeaks

Protecting the most vulnerable from COVID‑19

We know you are familiar with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the impact it is having on our world. We believe that God is in the midst of all of this and is not shaken in the least. We ask that you continue to pray for the ministry of myLIFEspeaks.

In our community, those we serve through our ministry are children with profound medical needs,
individuals with special needs, former orphans, at-risk families, those with medical emergencies, and
people with a lack of access to quality medical care.

In light of this, we wholeheartedly appreciate conscious measures being taken to mitigate the spread of this virus. Currently, Haiti has 27 confirmed coronavirus cases and we understand the Public Health infrastructure of Haiti is almost zero and the capacity to report or handle a quickly spreading pandemic is practically non-existent.

We are grateful our myLIFEspeaks family in Haiti is currently safe and healthy. However, we ask you
take time out of your day to specifically pray the COVID-19 virus does not continue to grow in Haiti.

Many in our local community are people with special needs and elderly and struggle daily without a virus like this entering into their LIFE. We do not have a spirit of fear and continue to trust that Jesus is continually our hedge of protection, and we ask you continue to pray that the virus is contained.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”

- 2 Timothy 1:7

We need your prayers and support now more than ever.
